私人物品进出境流程
客户咨询
客户需告诉我司货物的体积、重量、目的地、预计发运时间等信息，如是“门到门”运输，还需提供详细的英文交货地址。 发传真或邮件给我司。

客户委托
从起运口岸操作（报关、报检、定舱、内陆运输等）一般需3-5个工作日，如需由我司为物品进行包装，如木包装或木质物品需做熏蒸处理，所需操作时间相应增加，请客户根据其托运货物的具体情况提前咨询与办理委托运输事宜。
所需提供文件
A、如果您是出国移民：请带护照、签证、详细物品清单、体积及估算的重量清单。
B、如果您是台湾、香港、澳门居民：请带台胞证或居留证（必须满一 年）、学习或
工作证明、物品清单、体积及估算的重量清单。
C、如果您是外国人：请带护照、签证、工作证、居留证（必须满一年）、详细物品清
单（需签名）、体积及估算重量清单。
D、旅游购买商品（只限外籍人员）：护照、签证、报关委托书、详细货物清单（需签
名）、发票、外汇兑换水单。
目的港提货
当船到目的港后，当地代理公司会通知您，您也可以按照提单上显示的代理资料，在船即将到港之日向该司查询到港信息，办理清关后，再到代理处交费，提货。如收货人在工作日3天之内未提货，将会产生仓储费，由收货人自行负责。目的港清关护照必须与启运港报关护照相一致，并携带英文货物清单。
私人物品货物目的港提货指南
A、如果您的物品是由我司为收货人承运的货物，在船到目的港前2-3天内，我司的目的港代理会通知收货人，作为被通知的一方，收货人应该提供正确的并且在正常的工作日可以联系得上的通讯方式。同时收货人也可以按照提单上显示的代理资料，在船到港前主动向目的港代理查询货物的到港信息。
B、如果货物已确认到港，收货人可以与我司代理联系换单、交费事宜，然后收货人可以在当地委托报关行来办理清关手续，或者也可以委托我司的目的港代理来处理。
C、如清关已不属于我司的承运范围，所产生的费用应与收货人委托的单位单独结算。如清关属我司目的港的代理范围，清关费用与我司目的港代理单独结算。
D、办理货物通关完毕并向我司代理交付目的港相关费用后，收货人可以携带D/O单到我司代理指定的仓库提货。
E、注意，目的港清关护照必须与提单标注的收货人一致，并准备详细的英文货物清单。通关文件各目的港都有所不同，以当地海关要求为准。
F、要求我司做到门的，收货人应提前将通关所需的文件寄给我司代理，通关后我司代理会将货物送至收货人指定地点，但是预付的到门费用只包括车上交货的费用，如需搬运应另付给司机相应的搬运费。
付费、单证交接
如是门到港运输，在行李物品装上运输工具后，客户需结清费用，并取得其护照和签证、提/运单等资料，货到目的港口，收货人自提货。
如是门到门运输，在行李物品装上运输工具后，客户需结清费用，并取得其护照和签证，我司亦负责目的港口岸操作及目的地内陆运输。

Must provide the document
A、If you are Immigrate to go abroad: you should provide the Belt
Passport, the Visa, the detailed goods list, the volume and the
estimate weight.
B、If you are Taiwan, Hong Kong, the Aomen inhabitant : you should
provide the Belt compatriots in Taiwan to prove or the residential
card (must full one year), the study or the work proof, the goods
detailed list, the volume and the estimate weight detailed list.
C、If you are the foreigner: you should provide the belt passport,the visa,
the work identification, the residential card (to have full one year),
the detailed goods detailed list (to have to sign), the volume and
the estimate weight detailed list.
How takes delivery of goods
After the ship to the destination, the local agent company will inform you, you also can defer to the proxy material which in the bill of lading demonstrated, soon arrives in the ship date of the port to inquire the port information to this department, after handles the Customs clearance, then arrives the agency to pay fee, takes delivery of goods.
If the consignee within 3 days has not taken delivery of goods in the working day, It will be able to produce the stores fee. It will be responsible by the consignee.
In the destination the Customs clearance passport must as same as the port of loading and provides the English cargo detailed list.
